TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOUQUET ORDERS
(delivery in the Moss-region, Norway)

I understand that the product image is an example of a seasonal deluxe bouquet priced at 1600 NOK,

and that the design will vary depending on size, season and flower availability.

Delivery, Freshness & Replacement

Same-day pickup

Orders for same-day pickup must be placed before 14:00.

Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Same-day delivery

Orders must be confirmed by us before 13:00 for same-day delivery between 16:00–21:00.

For orders placed after 13:00 with delivery in Moss & nearby areas the same day, an express delivery fee applies.

Quality

We only use premium, first-grade flowers for our bouquets.

This means you receive the highest quality cut flowers available — the type reserved for specialised florists.

Supermarkets typically sell second-grade flowers.

Freshness & Replacement

Flowers are living, perishable items, and their lifespan will always vary.

With proper care — fresh water, the right temperature, and good light — your bouquet can last a long time.

Feel free to ask us for care tips or advice.

We offer a replacement bouquet if your flowers show clear signs of disease or quality issues within 24 hours of payment.

As a customer, you can generally expect a bouquet from us to stay strong for 3–5 days, provided the flowers are kept in water and in suitable conditions.

Payment

All bouquet orders placed through www.fiorimoss.com must be paid through our webshop.

Orders placed by phone can be paid via Vipps or through a payment link we send you.
