Oolong tea

Oolong, or “blue tea,” is Mariage Frères’ poetic space between green and black tea—partially oxidised, carrying the freshness of green tea and the depth of black. The whole leaves unfurl in the cup, creating a light, clear infusion with floral, nutty, or creamy notes, often with a beautiful honey-like sweetness.
