Orders

When your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes information about the product(s), price, billing details, and delivery address.

If you notice any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 2–7 business days.
Please note: Orders placed during weekends are shipped the following Monday.

If your delivery is delayed (and we have not informed you of extended delivery time), please contact us at [email protected].

Prices

All prices in the online store are listed in NOK, and include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices caused by supplier changes, typographical errors, or incorrect pricing due to misinformation.

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

When purchasing goods online, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the item(s).

5.1 Exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. This message must be sent by email to [email protected]. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which product(s) the return concerns.

You should return the item(s) to us promptly and no later than 14 days after giving notice.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, delivery, and condition of the product(s) upon return. Items should therefore be returned well packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the item.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
  • Sealed audio/video recordings where the seal is broken.
  • Custom-made or personalized products made specifically to your request.
  • Services that have been fully performed with your explicit consent and where the right of withdrawal is waived.
  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly (e.g., food).
  • Single-issue newspapers or magazines.

Claims & Complaints (Reklamasjon)

All products are inspected before shipping. If an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will correct the issue in accordance with Norwegian consumer law, at no cost to you.

You must contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

Complaints must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint:

Report any defects to [email protected], including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

If we cannot rectify the defect or replace the item, the purchase amount will be refunded in accordance with current legislation. Return shipping is covered for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to deny complaints if the item shows no defect, or if the issue is not covered under consumer law. Norwegian consumer law applies.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, governmental actions, or failure of suppliers.

We are not responsible for changes in product characteristics made by the manufacturer or circumstances outside our control.

Product Information

We reserve the right to typographical errors, product availability issues, and deviations in product imagery. Colors may vary depending on screen settings, photography, and resolution. We always strive to present products as accurately as possible.
